About Me
I am the co-founder of Kids Play Smart Preschool with experience of more than 15 years, exclusively, in the area of “Early Childhood Development”. i possess extensive academic background with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies-Leadership and Management, Bachelor’s degree in Communication, and Psychology Child Life Designation.
I spent 7 years as a Child Life Specialist with the with the Kuwait association for care of children in hospitals where she provided children and families with extensive psychosocial support and palliative care. MY experience also includes 5 years of owning and managing a preschool in Canada. Now, Rawana holds the position of a child protection senior manager in an international nonprofit organization where I oversea case management and psychosocial support of UNICEF programs for children allover Lebanon and provides trainings and capacity building to child protection professionals in local and international organizations.
I believe that all children have the right to gain accessibility to high quality early childhood education as this serves as a foundation to produce capable future citizens. I am highly committed to my community; I deeply believe in my role towards the social responsibility; therefore, I always pursue the highest standards to be achieved in order to best serve children and families of her society.
